20 TH Century Kewpie Doll
The 20th century Kewpie doll look a like which is a artefact wind up mechanical doll. Dress in a blue and white striped top, coveralls and red shoes.
This doll is shown on lukewhite.gdnm.org, it looks very much like a Kewpie that is holding a drum. You wind it up and it starts hitting the drum with its little arms and makes a noise. It is a mass produced doll that is made in Taiwan, which can be found stamped on its feet.
